2012 sees the launch of Ruth Singer Studio, a venue for sewing, textiles & craft workshops, classes, events and more. The studio at Haymarket Shopping Centre is now closed. We are now moving studio to Phoenix Square Leicester and the new workshops programme starts on 9th May. Ruth contines to run workshops for groups, schools, museums and galleries around the UK. Please contact me for a full list of possible workshops and information about bespoke projects.

Rent a sewing machine
Rent a sewing machine (& space to spread out) by the hour. Help is on hand if you need it, but this is not a taught session. This is available at various times and costs £5 per hour. Sessions are available in the daytime, evening and some weekends.
One-to-one sewing classes
If you want to develop your skills or need help with getting started then why not try a one-to-one class with Ruth Singer. £30 per hour with a minimum initial booking of 2 hours. This can be beginner or more advanced techniques.
Private Hire for groups
If you are part of a group & would like to use the facilities & expert tuition available at Ruth Singer Studio, please contact us to discuss availability. Sessions are available daytime and early evening. I can also come to your venue to run workshops.
Parties
Ruth Singer Studio also runs children's parties, crafty hen parties, birthdays for any age and corporate creativity days. Please contact us for more information.
